Wait, Why Was I Charged This Much?

The Invoice Explained

One too many times you’ve looked at an invoice and noticed extra charges. If time has passed since the job was done, you might not remember the details. We’re not going to hit you with unnecessary fees. However, here are 2 reasons the numbers could be higher than expected:

You only see us when we’re on-site

You look at the hours logged on the invoice and think, “there’s no way they were here that long.”

True! However, there’s a lot of stuff happening off-site that you don’t see. We could have been:

  • Water chiller lines
  • Heating lines
  • Reverse Osmosis systems
  • Hot water tanks

Your service took longer than anticipated

Sometimes a job is cut-and-dry. Other times it’s less so. An unexpected problem may arise, and we have to work longer to fix it.

Our goal is to stay under the estimated quote. But if things get more complicated, we always let you know.

We always provide a full invoice breakdown so you understand exactly what you’re paying for.
